Here are a couple of our recent success stories:

We worked with Carbon Arms Corp. to develop a replacement for their "SSL" clip that is part of their revolutionary shotgun loading system. Until this point, these specialty clips were a 3 piece assembly that was machined from acetal and assembled by hand. They worked great, but assembling the components took valuable time and machining them was getting costly. They teamed up with Flexmold to develop a replacement that reduced their assembly to a single injection molded part. Not only did they eliminate all the assembly labor, they also reduced all production costs. Here is the original, a rapid prototype of the new design, and the final injection molded part.

We worked with Dave Sullivan to design a superior mount for his ProFlow 3D Canister Mufflers. Dave makes the best model airplane mufflers on the market, but was discouraged with the mounts that were commercially available. We came up with a new design that captures the muffler and holds it securely, but still allows the air to flow through the fuselage and around the mufflers to keep everything cool. Now the best mufflers on the market have the best mounts on the market!
